Toyota makes good cars but the service area deserves 1 star. They get the job done, you pay for the dealership price. But definitely prefer other Toyota locations. Whenever I bring in the vehicle for something they treat me like an idiot who doesn’t know anything. We unfortunately have gotten a nail in a tire almost yearly and they never have our tires in stock so it takes multiple appointments that always go longer than we’re told. “Your vehicle will be done in 20 minutes” turns quickly into an hour. I have bought a vehicle and had all three of my cars services here. I always appreciate the quieter waiting area despite being brief.
James did an excellent job as a service associate. I appreciated good thoroughness, courtesy and professionalism. He made the experience much better than usual.
Check engine light resulted in a day at Toyota for a sensor repair. Everything was fantastic - from Morgan and Tai as my service managers to Byron and Gabe taking me to and from work, I couldn't have been in better hands. Thanks VPT!
Brought our new car into VP Toyota for its 10k service. Asked to put a license plate on the front. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the parts to do so. Asked about help getting the remote start working. Unfortunately, they don’t do that and should call Toyota. They returned the car after service with a crack from the bottom of the windshield to the top. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it because we brought it in with a chip.
