Check engine light resulted in a day at Toyota for a sensor repair. Everything was fantastic - from Morgan and Tai as my service managers to Byron and Gabe taking me to and from work, I couldn't have been in better hands. Thanks VPT!
Brought our new car into VP Toyota for its 10k service. Asked to put a license plate on the front. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the parts to do so. Asked about help getting the remote start working. Unfortunately, they don’t do that and should call Toyota. Edited: while I appreciate the response to my review, it would be more effective if the number they gave me didn't send me to a full voicemail box. I've tried calling twice and both times no one picked up and it wouldn't let me leave a message. Abysmal service!!!!! Original: I got an oil change here on Saturday, June 10. Have gotten my first few oil changes here and had a recall for my car so got that done since I bought the car here. Not good at communicating about parts being there so had to call multiple times to make sure I would get the service done so I did not have to come back twice. Thought it was going to be done at another appointment but wasn't. Will probably start going to another place to get my oil changed.
