Thanks for making the experience comfortable. Julian answered many questions that were considerably over the top, but he went above and beyond to enable me to choose the right vehicle for me without feeling pressured to choose a vehicle at all. Martin explained the financial process thoroughly, and stayed without the boundaries I requested. Neither wasted time to convince me to get anything I didn't want or operate outside the boundaries I set initially. When I spoke, they really listened. Thanks.

As soon as I walked up Ivan was there to greet me,very pleasant young man. Showed me around and helped with questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. Overall a great experience.

Village pointe Toyota is the place to be! I don’t even know where to begin Lane and Zach took care of us right away at the dealership! From the minute of walking around the vehicle to the test drive our salesman was so respectful saying yes sir and no ma’am the whole time. I kept asking him to stop saying that sir bur when he explained that he was a military man I knew right from the start we had a good one.
