Excellent service Everything excellent and fast . I got car key within two hours. I was welcomed and serviced by Robb, he was very helpful and informative.we test drive two cars , he informed me all technical and mechanical aspects of both cars,which made me easy to decide right car for me. I would highly recommend Village pointe and Robb to buy or sell your cars.

Recommend Both Justin and the finance manager were very respectful of my time constraint and schedule. They were attentive to my requests and what I was looking for in a new car. They listened to what I had to say and my opinions. I would highly recommend them, as well as, the dealership, as a whole. May is a crazy month for me in terms of schedule and availability and Justin was very patient, accommodating, and flexible.

Persistence & Efficiency!!!!!!!!!!!! Justin was persistent in getting us to bring our leased auto in early to discuss turning it in. We still had six months on the current lease. After visiting with Justin it was not difficult to make a decision. He was proficient with the information provided and we left with a new Rav 4.
