Most hassle free buying experience ever! Our hassle free buying experience started with Julia giving us an ePrice that made it worthwhile to drive from Lincoln to Village Pointe Toyota. Even though we didn't choose a salesperson, we had one of the best - Rusty Russell. He immediately emailed us and introduced himself. Rusty was professional and thorough. Awesome experience with Chris! Chris did an awesome job helping me pick out the car that was just right for me. He was courteous and professional and made it easy and welcoming to go through the car buying process and never used any pushy sales tactics. Spectacular buying experience! Working with Tony Monette in the recent purchase of a new Toyota was simply a pleasure! We had a great experience with Anthony! We found the car we wanted on their website and called ahead. Anthony had the car ready for us and was fantastic throughout the entire buying process. Justin D’Angelo Second car I’ve bought from Justin. Told him what I wanted for my daughter, what I was willing to pay, and when I wanted the car. 3 days later, drove the car, paperwork took 40 minutes, and we were out the door. No surprises.

Freindly, knowledgeable, and not forceful. It was great to be able to get out of our vehicle and not be pounced upon by a dealer. We had done all of our research and had pretty much decided on the exact vehicle before we went to the dealerships, so it was the vehicle we needed sold on but the dealership. Our salesperson, Sicilia, was excellent: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent at listening and understanding what we were looking for. Village Pointe Toyota and Sicilia have our future business.
