New RAV4 Hybrid I just leased a new RAV4 Hybrid. I can say the whole process was seamless and very easy. Since this was my first lease I had many questions. Wonderful experience! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had never set foot on the dealership property until today. I can assure you this will not be the last I visit this dealership; for service or purchases. The dealership itself is warm & inviting, which is unusual for dealerships. Great buying experience Jose did a great job helping me find the right vehicle for me. Very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions about each vehicle I looked at.

Enjoyable...? I enjoyed the process of buying my car from VPT, as much as one can enjoy that type of thing. My salesperson was solid, personable and could answer most all my questions. Floor manager was nice and willing to deal. The financial guy was pretty good, as well, although I tire of having to say "no" to all the extra warranty junk during that process... you'll get that anywhere you go, though. Solid all they way through, and I look forward to having my car serviced there.
