Wonderful experience! I came by myself and was so impressed I brought my husband back the very next day to purchase a used 2013 vehicle.. They were all very friendly, and knowledgeable. My husband and I had time to talk in private which was very nice, definitely not a pressure sale. Jamshed Herevi was very nice and walked us through the process. We couldn't have been more pleased. Shopping for a car My last car was at the KIA dealership. The difference between the two dealerships was day and night. Toyota was professional, and non demeaning to women. Great car shopping experience We were fortunate enough to get PJ (Kentril) Smith as our salesman. PJ worked with us, showing us all the options and helping us make the decision wheter to lease a new vehicle or purchase a used one. Best car dealership I've been to When I first came in to the dealership I met P.J. Smith I told hi what I wanted and that I was only looking that day and he was okay with that. Fantastic Experience I am so pleased with my new Rav4. I was able to get the price I had in mind, as well as all of the amenities I requested. Justin was so helpful and friendly. Also, Rob made the purchase of my Rav4 easy and understandable. They both answered all my questions and made this experiences fun and exciting.
