We had a very pleasant experience buying a car from Carlos at Village Pointe Toyota. He contacted us when we inquired about a car they had on their lot. He was very professional & dressed nice. He answered all of our questions & the test drive went well. The purchase went well in a timely manner, no game playing. My wife and I came in looking for a second vehicle for our family. We were lucky enough to meet Carlos, whose professionalism, personability, expertise, and hard work were the driving force behind our car sale. Purchasing a new truck from the sales staff at Village Pointe was a truly enjoyable experience. Christian Sutton was a true Christian of sales. He was a Yoda of Toyota. Got a good deal and happy with the outcome. My pork butt was a bit dry though because of the longevity of the deal!
