Great Customer service, my sales rep Carlos was very professional and very knowledgeable about vehicle. I have purchased vehicles before and this was best experience I have had. Usually car buying isn’t the best way to spend an afternoon but this was actually enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Being two women, we didn’t feel pressured or walked on or anything. Highly recommend. We had the opportunity to work with Christian and enjoyed every minute of it!

As soon as we arrived at Village point Toyota, Christian came over welcoming and inviting us to have a conversation. He just listened carefully to our requirements and showed us about 5 different cars. He was very friendly and helpful. then I bought a nice car which I really love it. At first I was not very happy with my first experience. Joal took the time to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about and found me the vehicle I wanted which I couldn’t be happier about zero buyers remorse. He was very attentive to what I wanted and knew exactly what to look for and when he found it he called and we had a deal thank you Joal.
