At first I was not very happy with my first experience. Joal took the time to make sure I wasn’t forgotten about and found me the vehicle I wanted which I couldn’t be happier about zero buyers remorse. He was very attentive to what I wanted and knew exactly what to look for and when he found it he called and we had a deal thank you Joal.
I went in after going through 4 dealerships; George came right out and work with me from the start. We went straight to the point and he knew what truck I was looking for. Thank you for a great and fast experience.

Peter Tongsrimaung, our salesperson, was excellent, true to his word, and found us a RAV4 Hybrid within a week at a time when we thought that was impossible without waiting 6 months. He gave us great information and quality service without doing anything stereotypically "car salesman".
I just purchased my third Toyota RAV4 from Village Pointe Toyota. They continue to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate genuine care for their customers!
