While online my wife and I found a fairly priced (per kbb) car for sale. This has been such a difficult process because people are charging way too much for used cars at the moment. When we called Joe, he had Rakid get us a real time video of the car. They answered all of our questions and we went in for a test drive. Not the best time to have to buy a vehicle. Kalina and the rest of the team took good care of use and we got a nice 4Runner. Kalina has followed up on several occasions. It was a good car buying experience!
