The dealership is full of enthusiastic, helpful people. One of the best is Rusty Russell. He's direct and knowledgeable. After buying the car, I found my assessment of Rusty was 100% correct. He inspires confidence and its with confidence I can recommend him.

Our experience with Peter was extremely relaxed and personable. We felt no pressure whatsoever. In fact he offered to let us take the vehicle home for the test drive for the night. I was stunned when Village Pointe Toyota gave us considerably more on our trade than what the blue book was. And we payed $3000 under Blue Book for the the 4 Runner which has exceeded my expectations. Next year when we look for the Rav 4 we know where we’re going. Thanks for the favor Peter.

Rakid Hill on the Sales team did a great job, unfortunately, I didn't see him in the list of employees and would have given him 5 stars. I was able to do what I needed to during the sales process and he kept things moving smoothly to complete the transaction quickly. He did his job well! We were in search of a car after our vehicle was stolen. In addition to the traumatic experience of the theft, it was a terrible time to be looking for a car. I worked with Alex Geiszler, who provided me with 5 star service. He was proactive and diligent. He kept me in the loop which meant I never had to call Village Pointe Toyota for updates on the car delivery. He was easy going and attentive, and was able to locate the perfect new car for me. When I got to Village Pointe Toyota, everyone treated me as if I was a VIP. The overall experience was fantastic; I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Dillon and team at Village point were above and beyond professional and courteous! I only went in to look at a vehicle that was out of my price range but had to see it. In no way did I think I’d drive away in my new Tundra. All I can say is I’m not a easy sell and very knowledgeable when it comes to buying vehicles. Worked with Ethan Lammers on the purchase of a 2016 Chevy Suburban. I work in Columbus and live in Lincoln so I asked for a couple of pictures of the interior of the vehicle to make sure it would be worth the trip out. He did better than that. He emailed me a personalized video show casing and explaining the entire vehicle inside and out. It was awesome. We drove it home that night. Ethan was great, highly recommend.
