Rusty is definitely 5 stars in Customer Service! He was very thorough in taking care of us when our car was finally delivered. (Problem was not with Toyota, but with the way things are in the country right now.) I would highly recommend Rusty and Village Pointe Toyota!

The sales team really knows how to treat people. My recent experience with other dealerships was very transactional and cold. Not the case with Marshall and his team, they were authentic and friendly, I could tell they valued my business.
