The dealership was helpful and courteous. The right amount of connection with the right amount of space to make a decision. Rusty made us feel comfortable and heard every step of the way.
After an ice storm in mid January where none of the streets were treated, we slid backwards down a hill in our FWD car and decided to replace it. We were fortunate to find exactly the a new car with exactly the equipment that we wanted and (of course) AWD.
