Rusty was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and takes care of all your needs! He is not pushy when it comes to making a decision and you can tell he loves what he does. I will be back to get another vehicle from Rusty, Adam and the rest of the staff at Village Pointe Toyota! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
I came to village pointe Toyota almost a year ago looking at 4runners. It just didn’t work out at the time. But i came back and Adam made sure i was going to walk away with the right car this time around no matter what it took. Finance department was incredibly easy and smooth. Rusty did an awesome job explaining everything in the vehicle and keeping the sale moving smooth. I have never had such an all around good experience at a car dealership anywhere else.

After being ignored at the dealership close to my home, I drove out to Village Point to get my wife a new lease on a 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. Joel was very attentive and knows the vehicle he was selling well. He and the rest of the staff really impressed me with how they addressed the needs of the customer when compared to the other dealerships I have bought our 2 previous RAV4s from in the area. If you want a Toyota vehicle, Village Point is the place to go!
We had waited 6+ months for our Rav4 Hybrid from Village Pointe. Once Rusty Russell was assigned to our order, our new car arrived in about 4 weeks. He is professional and knowledgeable. Rusty carefully explained the new features of our new vehicle. He returns phone calls and text messages promptly. We appreciate his help and love our new car.
