We were impressed with the quality of service displayed everywhere. The employees wore masks and gloves. We could tell Village Pointe cares about their customers and staff.
Love this place! I’ve been a regular here for the last 7 years, getting all of my service work done. I’ve come to really trust and depend on ‘my guys’ in the service department. When I decided to start shopping for a new car the service department sent me to Mr Rusty. Rusty was so wonderful! Was very pleased with the servic provided by Peter Peter was eager and knowledgeable and was determined to give me a good fundamental introduction to my new Prius. I could not have been more pleased. Julia (Internet Supervisor) was very helpful and was instrumental in me purchasing my Prius the same day that I first spoke to her over the phone. Since then she has repeatedly offered to help me understand any of the features of my Prius that I have questions about. She is a keeper!
