After being ignored at the dealership close to my home, I drove out to Village Point to get my wife a new lease on a 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. Joel was very attentive and knows the vehicle he was selling well. He and the rest of the staff really impressed me with how they addressed the needs of the customer when compared to the other dealerships I have bought our 2 previous RAV4s from in the area. If you want a Toyota vehicle, Village Point is the place to go!

We had waited 6+ months for our Rav4 Hybrid from Village Pointe. Once Rusty Russell was assigned to our order, our new car arrived in about 4 weeks. He is professional and knowledgeable. Rusty carefully explained the new features of our new vehicle. He returns phone calls and text messages promptly. We appreciate his help and love our new car.
