For the first time to rent our own place. Micheal and his team did an amazing job getting us into a nice apartment in an area we love. They have wonderful service when you we had a problem at our place. Even the service techs on call are very professional and polite. I would use Village Property Management again hands down. Michael Heath and the team at Village property Management were amazing. They effectively managed my condo for the better part of 15 years, in that time I can only say praises to their responsiveness and care given to myself and my tenants.

I can't say enough good things about this property management office! From next day response to my inquiry online to the final steps in finalizing my moms lease. Recently, Village Property Management became the property management for the building I live in. The owner decided to turn the management of the building over to VPM because he wanted to fully retire. In the short time (one month) that VPM has been managing the building, they have fixed some security issues that been on-going for a couple of months prior. I have rented with VPM for the past seven years. This is actually my second time renting from them. Sadly the owner has decided to sale the unit I'm in. I'm so sad I have been looking around for a new place and the rents around the valley are ridiculous high. No wonder why there are so many homeless people. VPM has been managing my properties since 2021. They are diligent and always professional when dealing with situations affecting the tenants and the properties. Michael and Stefanie are courteous and promptly respond to my requests. I have been a landlord since 2002 and have had several property managers. I know the difference between the good and the bad. VPM always rise to the occasion. Kudos to VPM!
I've been renting for a few years now in a Palm Springs apartment. VPM and Michael have been really nice and very responsive in my experience. I know the review about the drug dealer is from a tenant who was evicted because he had serious behavior and drug problems. The entire building wanted him out! This complex, we are all happy with Michael and how they respond quickly to all maintenance problems which are few. Keep in mind some bad reviews are from troubled people.
