I am very pleased with the team at VPM. The move in process was a breeze thanks to Michael Heath and the online services provided. James Heath returned my calls and was always cordial. Vanessa in the office was on top of the few maintenance issues and followed up quickly. Hugo did an excellent job at the maintenance! The rest of the office staff is very pleasant.

Very good to work with. Michael is always on top of everything as far as taking care of any issues that have come up at any property and all units are well kept. I would highly recommend to use them if you are looking for a vacation spot in the Palm Springs area.

Leased a condo in Palm Springs from this company. The team at VPM is great! Great customer service. Any problems are taken care of in a timely manner! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in the Coachella Valley!
I've seen promos for places Village Property Management supposedly represented on and off for the last month, sent messages using the same primary rental sites they listed the properties on to make arrangements to see the places, etc and never received even one response. I decided to give it one last try today and finally someone called back. Terrible service and relationships between Tennets amd landlord. Only care about profit and themselves. The manager Michael does all these charity work and such but can't cut any slack. My ex pushed me to almost kill myself....and I explained why I fell behind in rent...didn't matter. All HE wants is money and a paycheck. Even know I can't even pay the rent cause the portal is locked after Michael claimed he would allow me to. Tried getting a new roommate in...VPM never sent the forms to my roommate. Our office worked with you to get you caught up on your back rent. We provided you a list of local organizations that assist with rent. Landlords, Mr. David S. Blundell leased a high-end condo from us. It was provided to him in pristine condition. It was not returned the same way. The floor tile and grout was returned dirty and his security deposit was deducted for the reasonable cost to restore. A discounted cost at that to restore almost 900 square feet of wall to wall tile. Michael Heath is an ASSHOLE! PERIOD!! He never returns phone calls or emails. Lies that he never received a "30 day notice" to move via email, even with a screen shot that it was sent and he says, "never got it". Anything to keep your security deposit! Refuses to do any maintenance to his properties, rents to the worst people you can image! All to make that dollar! He truly does not care about people. RENTERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
