Terrible response time. Washer/Dryer broken for over 3 months. Finally replaced with another unit's throw away. I give this one 2 months before breaking down

Horrible experience with this property management company. You can never get a hold of anybody, they want to do all the communication via voicemails and texts. I've been without air for over a week now in triple digit weather, with a baby on the home and nowhere to go. I'm sure even this one star won't get their attention.

Worst property management company evey. Not responsive to service issues. Likes to rent to drug dealers. They turned my parking into a drive thru pharmacy.

After a couple of email exchanges with Michael Heath about rentals available managed by his company and submitting an application, never heard back from him. Even emailed him multiple times, sent inquiries about another rental. Nothing. Only James is responsive but he's not the final say so for rentals.

Michael Heath is the owner of the management company that handles my rental property VPM and a Realtor. I live in a duplex with a small pool. At first my electric bill was huge and I couldn't figure out why. I called SCE and they informed me that I was using to much electricity for a single person living in a 1200 sq foot cottage. Shelly was very aware of the $50 credit she received from us monthly for the tied electric meter sharing the pool pump. Shelly did file a complaint with the Department of Real Estate after she was not satisfied with hearing from me that she signed a lease acknowledging the $50 utility credit The DRE closed the case after I provided a copy of Shelly's lease which clearly stated that she would be receiving the $50 credit each month for the offset of the meter usage. I own a historic and gorgeous cabin close to Bear Mountain in the Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake. I had used their service previously when they specialized in "short term" rentals. The owner, Kathy assured me my place would rent easily. I was MORE that patient with her not getting the cabin cleaned or listed, and she NEVER rented it. I lost THOUSANDS thanks to her lack of competence... I feel bad for her nice office manager who has to offer that Kathy is at yet another horse event... They were the worst landlords I have ever worked with. They were incorporative and a pain to deal with. Simple maintenance issues will take forever to be resolved. They have flat out lied to us on more than one occasion. They don't work on Fridays and are otherwise lousy and shady people.

I am not too surprised that Sarah would review us on Yelp without providing an opportunity for our firm to first address her grievance. But then again her complaints are based on the fact that she did not receive as much of the security deposit in return as she would have liked. These agents are sketchy! I went to the office to inquire about a listing. Besides the fact that the office reeked of microwaved food, and was inhabited by a small sickly dog with horrible skin problems, things went fine at first. After i completed their 8 page application and provided them with my financial and personal details, I asked for some verification that the owner was current on the mortgage and had not had any problems with delinquencies.
