RecommendedOur first on base experience was at Fort Irwin and I couldn’t be happier. We were there for nearly two years. All of our maintenance requests were remedied in a timely manner and we utilized self help frequently. Our family very much enjoyed all of the activities offered by The Villages. I would highly recommend The Villages.

RecommendedWe lived at Fort Irwin for 5 years. We loved our house, the location, and the community. We were able to sign for a house after 3 days within arrival. The lady that did our paperwork and walk-through was super nice and polite. She was extremely helpful answering every question we had and provided information about the house as requested. RecommendedCalled in a work order 20 minutes ago and they have already come, fixed my toilet and the guy helped me with my air conditioner too! Your guys are awesome! Thank you! The gentleman who came by was very nice and professional!
RecommendedThe wait time was a little lengthy (moreso with twin toddlers and a 4 year old. The wait was worth it. We live in a 3bd/ 2.5ba SFH and we love it. The location is great and my children have lots of space to move around in.
