Literally the worst housing in the history of housing. The ladies at the housing office are rather nice, but the fact that I forfeit every cent of my BAH for a nasty smelling, bug infested, constantly cycling on and off AC that hardly works to begin with is not ok.
Avoid it, lived/worked here, never regretted anything so much in my life.
I lived at fort Irwin for a while my husband deployed while I was pregnant. The office people were amazing but on my move out date is when I was hit with the rude side to this process. The place where I live was small and it had some small stains throughout when we move in which were noted. First there was not a scheduled time to which I was concerned since I drove down 4 hours just for that, thankfully they were able to accommodate a move out inspection at 1530. If I could give no stars I would. Worst company in the world. They are selfish and money hungry. They do not care about your family or quality of living. Pinnacle goes around trying to find new things to charge you for since they don't have good funding. I have to send my husband into there office to get anything done. When repairs are needed nobody ever shows up. All I have to say about this is negative.
