I have had functional air conditioning in my apartment for less than 24 hours over the past week. I came home from traveling out of town for a four day weekend on a Sunday, and the A/C was out. The thermostat read 99 degrees, though it was considerably hotter than that inside, as the A/C was blowing hot air. That happens, I thought.
