Pimiento cheese balls are a must!! We also enjoyed the wedge salad and banana fosters doughnuts! Great ambiance with live music on Friday night! It's off the beaten path of Canton Street, so head here when you're looking for a more chill night with great good!
My husband and I are from Chicago, and were visiting family in Roswell when we had the pleasure of dining at Vin 25. From start to finish, it was a most lovely experience. Incredible meal in a serenely unique environment. Sadly, the place doesn't take reservations on Saturday night. It was worth the wait. We sat outside while listening to live music. It is nice to have live music and still be able to have great conversation without having to yell. Food and wine were exceptional. It rained earlier -- actually poured -- so we were unable to dine outside as planned. Darn! But no matter. Had a lovely b'day dinner for my husband, with friends. Too many of us ordered pork chops and the kitchen ran out, so I switched to scallops. Everything was delish, including Jack's grilled rib eye filet, butterflied. The three stars is for the service, but the chef deserved 5 stars. My advice to him, move on. Food was fantastic, management from not getting a call back from a reservation request, to questionable service ( the waiter asked if it was ok that he didn't provide new cutlery when we changed small plates and provided two tablespoons of a $10 glass of wine) was very poor.
I tend to be descriptive in my experiences with restaurants, and I want to start off saying thank you for reading everything I write to people out there. I rarely give 5 stars to a restaurant, and when I give a 5 star, it is indicating that it is probably the best of its kind around Atlanta in my opinion. I give this restaurant a 5 star review. The pimiento cheese fritters, pork chop, chocolate pot dessert and cocktails are all phenomenal. The service was fantastic on a Tuesday night.
Their customer service is awful with a hint of racism! Food is overpriced and not worth the low quality.
