Maybe the worst dining experience I've had i the last year. The food was very good, but the ambience was like eating in a pub. I could not hear myself think, let alone have a conversation. A $200 dinner that gave me a splitting headache and couldn't wait to leave. We will NEVER eat there again and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

I have been to Vin 25 many times in the past and it was good. Tonight we had a terrible experience and will not be back. We ordered the steak salad and the steak was so overdonethat we could not chew it. We also ordered the herb roasted springer mountain chicken. It was the worst dish ever. It came out breaded and fried and was so thin I didnt realize I was eating chicken. The menu never stated that it was breaded and fried. It was so greasy that it left a terrible film in my mouth. I sent this in a private message to Vin 25 two weeks ago and they never responded. I wanted to let them know of my several bad experiences without making it public to see if they cared to try to make it better. The appetizers were good; however, there was an upcharge for the charcuterie board and was not mentioned. The food was common. The potatoes were burned and the polenta was bland. The lamb was not a wow. I have been here 2 times before but am very disappointed and won't be back.

This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants with serene outdoor dining under the trees with jazz playing on weekends. The food is usually superb and I have never had any complaints until this evening. The grouper was undercooked and raw and had to be returned. Instead of throwing out the seafood the chef put it back into the oven and we got it back a bit over cooked, along with the risotto. Very nice atmosphere and good service. Alas, they killed my Wellington. I asked for medium, it came raw, I sent it back, they didn't re-fire... Instead, I got the same exact piece that I sent back re-cooked to death....I was with a big group and was embarrassed to send it back again. The waiter didn't even bother to ask me if their second attempt was ok.

Typically it is served to medium-rare, but we are more than happy to accommodate to your preference. Went there Friday night with a large group. We were told group too large for outside but as we were leaving there was a group of ten sitting at a large table in the back outside. We called early week for reservations. Inside very small and cramped with that many people and the seating arrangements not comfortable. Food good but portions small. Charming place but food and service were very disappointing. We ordered the pork loin and the beef sirloin. The pork was dry and lacked sauce. The dish was very average. The sirloin had decent flavor, but that was helped by the sauce. Overall the food was not up to standard you expect when paying over $20 per plate. I heard a couple of friends rave about this place, and so we went.. The Menu was very limited in choices of food. We ordered the Lavash flat bread appetizer. It was an unsalted giant saltine cracker with toppings that didn't. I am very familiar with Lavash and that was not good. It was hard and messy to eat! The snapper entrée was good and so was the hanger steak. Overall, it was alright but I won't be dying to go back. Way overpriced for the quality of food and wine.
