After being seated we were told that we had to be finished by 7 because they had a two hour seating. The place was basically empty. And cold! The food was ok . As we were packing up to leave some other person passed by to tell us our time was up. The place was basically empty . Bad customer service and won't be going back
Would not ever go here again. The bartender mistakenly poured a more expensive whiskey than what was ordered. We offered to pay for 1/2 of the $60 mistaken pour. He threw out the entire drink right in front of our face. I have never ever seen or heard of this before. Nor has anyone I have told about this story. Everyone knows he should have charged us for what we actually ordered and let us drink it since it was his mistake. Unbelievable
Business response:
So glad you enjoyed your service! Can't wait to have you back.
Not a fun. Over rated. Food was far from good. I had the salmon and my BF had the flat bread. Both sisa appointing.
Business response:
Hey Diana, I hate to hear you didn't enjoy your time with us. We are happy to have you back and discuss what your preferences are and get you something that you'll love. Our staff cares about your experience and we'd like to be able to show you that. Please let me know if I can help set a reservation for you to come try again! Cheers, -Erica
Ordered the pasta recommended by the server. The taste was awful and had no flavor. The charge, $30, was the waste of money.
Business response:
Oh no! I hate to hear you didn't enjoy it. If you are ever unsatisfied with a dish, I encourage you to tell our staff in detail what you're looking to enjoy or why you didn't enjoy what you had. Our staff is knowledgable on our menu and can recommend something to better suit your pallet. If you didn't eat because you didn't enjoy your meal, we would have certainly taken care of that for you and I apologize if you left feeling unsatisfied. I hope you'll return and let us take care of you and get something in front of you tha... read more
I am so disappointed. Not because the quality or ambiance changed, but because it's clear that they couldn't give a rats a$$ about their customers any longer. We've been here 6 times, and most of those visits have been really good. This last time showed us that they are most concerned with the average check, than with how they are perceived by regular customers. Overcharged by the manager, and a poor explanation by him to boot. We will find someplace else to spend our money. Makes me sad to leave you, but this is what bad m... read more

Matt, Thank you so much for your detailed review. We really appreciate your feedback. I am glad to hear that you got the vibe we were going for; we definitely want to be a place to relax and take a break from all the crazy life has to offer. We have been discussing some ideas to help with the sound issues. You know what is crazy, we DO have those sound boards and some heavy window drapes... but it doesn't seem to catch enough of the sound. Sorry for that, but we're trying pay attention to that area of opportunity! :) Thank ... read more
Yikes, this place has gone down hill. We had been away for about a year because of poor meals the last 2 times, but love the outdoor space so thought we would try again. I will say the wine and dessert (peanut butter cup) were good. Flatbread was all lettuce with exception of a little prosciutto, and it was overpriced. The pasta had 4 bites of lobster and was way overpriced at $32.50. Food quality was not good. And service was almost standoffish. Last try for us. I give it a two thumbs down!
I felt like this place was decent but I felt my husband and I were shaved to the side . And we're not as helped as we should have . And the waiter was kinda rude. The customer service was a down fall at this restaurant. We would of liked him to come to our table more often and asked can I help you with anything eles May I refill your glass? When you see your customer glass is getting low that is the time you come and ask . We were avoided . So the customer service really lack which is something we look for in a place to be g... read more

Hey Leslie, Thank you for this feedback. We have recently brought on some new staff for our busy season and I want to be able to express this type of feedback clearly to our staff! They should know these steps of service and execute them very well. It's the continuous efforts towards to small things that create a welcoming environment. I do hope you will come back and allow us the chance to show what our true dedication to customer service is like. I'm sorry this was your experience! Let me know if we can set up a reserva... read more
Roswell Restaurant Week (RRW) snuck up on me this year, so I only had time to explore and try one restaurant and Vin 25 was the lucky one I picked. I picked Vin 25, because I read the rave reviews about it's outdoor patio spot and knew that's where I wanted to spend my evening. However, when I arrived I was told by the hostess that the outdoor patio was only open for patrons enjoying beverages, not ones dining in the restaurant. I was so bummed! The manager mentioned that they did not have enough service staff for both insid... read more
Business response:
Hey Jessica, Sorry that you weren't able to enjoy the patio! We did go through a time where our staff was thin due to some personal situations. Roswell Restaurant Week just so happened to fall in that time frame and I apologize that it was reflected in your experience. We love our patio and we do serve food out there, so you may enjoy dinner wherever you'd like! We've also made management changes since RRW and look forward to bringing the culture back to Vin25 that we are known for. I hate to hear you didn't have the exper... read more
My wife and daughter visited Vin 25 Saturday for an early dinner. We live right downtown and it's a short walk to a wonderful meal. But lately the price has been ridiculous. More specifically my daughter had the kids Alfredo with chicken. This dish is $12 but I didn't realize that a kids piece of chicken was $14. This brings a kids meal to $26 without a drink. $14 for a single half breast of chi Vin 25 has good food and a great staff. But lately it feels as if the prices are getting worse. $134 for 2 adults and a kid. We br... read more
Business response:
Hey there! First of all, we thank you for your support over the years! We appreciate that. I do want to address your concern over your daughter's meal. We are a more adult geared restaurant and advise that we do not have a kid's menu to order from. Therefore, our prices reflect adult entree prices. We do have a 'Kid Pasta' option priced at $10 for those that do bring children along to enjoy dinner. Our additional cost for chicken is $12. We use the same high-end product for their meals as we do for yours. Unfortunately, thi... read more
