RecommendedI have been taking my dogs to Vinton Vet since I moved here 7 years ago, I recently had to put my little fur-baby to sleep. Dr. O'Dell was very compassionate and kind and took his time to spend with me and my little girl. It was a sad sad day for me and it was comforting to know that she passed with dignity and care. The entire staff at VV are special people who love animals and their job.

I love Vinton Vet! I take all my animals here and have for at least 20 to 25 years. The staff is great and I like all the doctors. They all show concern and compassion and a genuine love of animals.
First time coming. When you walk in no smells. Also they have a candle for owners that have lost a pet. The staff are very friendly. The doctor explained all of the details. They are fast. People bring your animals here! Storm will be getting well soon. Thanks to you all! I will defiantly be coming back.
RecommendedToday my youngest dog Ginger suddenly started having tremors, was hot to the touch, one eye closed and crying in pain. While we live in Roanoke our regular vet is in Staunton River, but I felt this was an emergency situation so I called Vinton Veterinary Hospital and even though we are not clients they told me to bring her in immediately. Took my baby girl there today for her first visit, and everyone was absolutely wonderful! So happy we found a vet home for her! Also they got us in super fast, I called on Monday and she was seen the next day! ❤❤❤❤
