My fur babies have been going here since 2014 to see Dr. Snead. She is WONDERFUL. However, customer service is NOT. It didn't used to be like this, but anytime I try and make an appt or even get a medication refilled, I get a busy phone signal. If I don't get that, I get sent to voice-mail where my message is NEVER returned. I've tried emailing, same deal. No reply. You chose to delete my post I see. Bad idea. For the past 2 years +. I have taken Jager, my Min Pin to Vinton Vet since my wife, Teresa & I were married. My last visit was on 6-17-20 and I had a question. I called was hung up on 3 times without any voice but it rang and rang before it hung up. I tried again this time it went straight to the music of your hold. I was on hold for 14 minutes when someone answered and asked me if I could hold. Bad experience. was told one thing by one lady at the front and was told something completely different by a lady at the front the next morning when I was bringing my animal to be seen. My animal was unable to be seen.

My little Ringo was my heart and soul. He had congestive heart failure and we were very fortunate to love him as long as we did. Last month his pain and suffering ended but ours began. However we have so many fantastic memories of him! Dr Courtney Wiegard was his doctor. Today I came home to an envelope from St Francis Service dogs which contained a certificate stating Dr Wiegard made a generous donation in Ringo’s name!!! How thoughtful!!!!!
