I had called a month ago to book my dogs for boarding. I gave them them the dates, dog breeds and their names, and was told no problem and to send in dog’s shot records, which I did. I called today just to confirm everything was okay and that they received the records. I was told that they that I do not have the reservations that was previously booked. I am very disappointed in their poor business service and will never do business there again. I was trying to keep it local, but I guess they don’t need my business.
Vets and Staff in the back are awesome but there are a few upfront they could use some customer service skills!! Looking for another vet as if today!
never advised I'd be paying 400 at pick up then told I couldn't have my dog with partial payment and tried to force me to apply for credit. 10 of 10 do not recommend this facility.
I used to love this place, had always been really great to deal with. Until today, I called around 11:30 and asked to speak to someone about the possibility that I may need to put my dog down. They gave me the name of the last doctor that saw him and told me they would have him call me. I wait 4 hours and called back, was told that the doctor was in surgery ( which I completely understand would take precedent) but that he would call me before the end of the day. they tell you one thing over the phone then when you get to the office it is totally different. they don't honor what their employees tell you.
