What made it great was the conscientious considerations extended by Tammy and her quick response to my communication efforts. Underwriting seemed to have been much less concerned with serving in a timely fashion and I believe pushed my loan process back to serve other buyers, this caused frustration with the timeliness of the process that extended into 4+ months.
