You folks know what you're doing!!! Not like most mortgage companies where they involve many other people into the mix and don't talk to each other. (Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing). Communication is extremely important and lack thereof turns into chaos and unhappy customers. We know... we've been there.\nDuncan's Team is awesome and we had a clean and fast process.
