Mostly good experience. Rob failed to communicate when I reached out the week prior to the closing. He should have had a colleague respond rather than waiting until 5:00 pm the Friday before closing. putting me in a very stressful situation. This was the only setback in an otherwise good experience and I already have recommended you to 2 friends.
