I will only say that I wish that all the forms needed should be more organized. I hated that I was asked twice towards the end for two forms (letters or whatever). It's the worst part of the loan process and I wish it could have been easier.
Alex was very attentive to the process of our loan, he returned any calls to answer my questions.
Rob is very good at answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on the process. Any issues we had he dealt with quickly. Very good experience.
