We never had to "guess" where our paperwork was in the process. You always let us know. I think the only glitch was not knowing that a lien had to be removed at the bank on a very old loan that had been paid off. Your staff said they would take care of it but in the end we had to set it straight which we were able to do. \nWould certainly recommend your company and appreciate your attentive and caring approach. \nThanks\nMelody Kennedy.

Scott was great at keeping us informed of everything that was going on with our Loan. Anytime I had a question all I had to do was reach out to Scott, if he didn't have the answer to my question he would chase it down and get that information to me in a very timely fashion. Our experience with all the VIP personnel was a good one. We will recommend you to anyone in the market for a loan or refi.
