Good: The loan rate primarily offered turned out to be the best rate Rob was clear about everything that was needed Everything was prompt and focused on me as the client Rob sat through and explained to me answers to my questions at a moments notice Bad: I had requested to extend the closing date and I did not really receive a clear yes or no on whether that was possible. The date could not be moved due to the seller, but clearer communication would have been appreciated there Too many emails

John and his team were so knowledgeable regarding our loan; aka..what was needed and if you could qualify or not. My wife and I have never seen or heard of such a competent company as VIP and we have been around. We loved the way our email and documents were sent secure. We as christian know that God was working for us also but He needed that human (John Chavez) to be His vessel. We give John and his team (Yassman), etc., an A+.
