For snowbirds like us, it would REALLY help those who have bank accounts in their "home" state to let them know at least a month before closing to let them know that the Title Companies can only take a Cashiers check or Money order to complete the down payment and closing. I got burned on this as all my money was in PA. Took a lot of "bribery" between a local bank and my home bank to move the tens of thousands of dollars required at the last minute. Marshall was a fantastic loan man!!
