Let's face it nobody likes getting a loan. Pete and his team made it easy on me. It was clear what I needed to do and when and the communication was a simple and efficient. He got me a great rate and worked with some unique personal situations to close our loan on time and relatively painlessly. Highly recommended.

Mark was on top of things he was very professional with everything we had to handle he was easy to reach and responded back to emails and calls right away.I would refer him to anyone not only looking to refinance but also looking to secure a mortgage .I have dealt with him on both occasions and am very happy I did.

We used Jennifer when we purchased our first home. We loved how well we were treated we tracked her down a second time. Her and her team are so attentive and knowledgeable. They treated us as if we were her only clients. They were so readily available for each and every question and concern. Even after the normal 8-5 hours. We would HIGHLY recommend her and her team, hands down!

Jennifer was recommended to me after another experience with a lender was far from satisfactory. Her and her team were fantastic. I know I was a 'needy' client and they handled it all with grace, humor, and professionalism. The service was very personal and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lender.

My experience with Allen Fredrickson and the VIP Mortgage Team was amazing - very efficient and responsive. I was scared when I started this process as I had never purchased a home by myself! Allen assured me that he would be there every step of the way - and he was! It was a pleasant experience and I am now officially a "home owner". Chris is an extremely personable young man. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and goes out of his way to make things happen. I have used him to buy a home and to refinance a home. He explains all options very clearly and is very patient in answering questions and explaining things again if need be. He makes himself accessible in person, by email, phone or texting and he's prompt in getting back to me. I highly recommend Chris for all your mortgage needs.

Even though we were living in a different city he was able to take advantage of mobile technology to ensure there were no snags with our loan. He even locked in a low interest rate right after the Brexit.

Very simple, if you want a rock star loan officer, Will is your man. Quick, efficient, and helpful. Have previously used other institutions, but have never received the level of service offered by Will and Academy.
