Because of a very bad divorce agreement, I knew going in that obtaining a (jumbo) loan would be very difficult. Rob was able to find a loan that worked and got it closed in 8 weeks. There were no surprises along the way. I was well-informed throughout the process by Rob and his staff. I would, and plan to, do more business with him in the future.

Jennifer and her team were which includes her wonderful mother (Sue Ellen) were a pleasure to work with. I am a detailed oriented person and they never had a problem slowing down the process to a crawl to provide me with a complete breakdown and description of each step. I was provided with a couple of different options in the financing process and was given the pros and cons to each option so that I could come to the best decision for myself. Bob and his team were there for us every step of the way. They helped us close on our home in just 29 days. My calls were always returned very quickly if they weren't available the first time I called. Very professional!!

As a recent divorcee, I needed a little more personal attention. I received that with Robert Wasieko. He was readily available and patient. Not to mention he was able to find me a nice government assisted down payment program. Very satisfied.
