Aaron has been a friend for over 20 years and I know he is in the real estate industry so I went to him for a quote and advice. Aaron came back with a great rate but I did find 1 that was better by the smallest amount. Not knowing any better I went with the cheaper rate because all I saw was bottom line. Aaron warned me. The easiest part of buying a home was working with Chris! He was very accessible and responsive, extremely knowledgable, and very easy to work with. There were some complexities involved with the VA Loan but Chris walked us through each step and made everything as seamless as possible.Chris is very professional and was on top of all documents that were needed.
