I couldn't have been happier than I was with Chris. This was our 2nd home purchase with him, and it was as easy for us as humanly possible. He does such an amazing job and helping us prep what we need, and making the whole process seem like something I can actually understand! I wouldn't want to work with anyone else in the future!

Bob and his team were amazing! He came highly recommended from the real estate agent for the property I was interested in purchasing. So glad I made that call! Bob's team worked through details of the loan very quickly, and maintained communication with me regularly, almost daily. If and when someone from the team was not available to answer questions, they always had back-ups in place and those back-ups were always fully capable of handling the transactions. Tim worked with us patiently for over two years while we decided how and when to proceed with the purchase of our new home. He quickly developed a rapport with us and is extremely ethical.
