David and Kenzie made our recent refinance process very easy. This was our third time working with them and we would be happy to work with them again in the future.
Allen provided just the right amount of communication through the process. He didn’t waste my time or his. He was willing to clearly explain answers to all my questions. He was straightforward and didn’t play games with numbers or options. Lastly, he was respectful and efficient.
Communication and information! Emery was great to work with. He took time to discuss all of our options and figure out what was best for us. Throughout the process, if we had any questions he was quick to answer with a full explanation. Working with the Bates Team has been a great experience.
