It was easy to contact Rob and he either answered the phone right away or called back quickly. When he was not available, one of his team members was able to take care of questions. Navigating the account and uploading documents was very easy once I got the hang of it.

This was my first home purchase so I wasn’t sure how the process would be. To say the least, a lot was needed. Brian went above and beyond to communicate with me every single second of everyday during this process.
