I had to change lenders with 2 weeks left to close on our contract. I asked Austin if he could get it done and he said yes. This put a lot of pressure on Austin, Justin and the rest of the Bates Team but they came through and got my loan done in time. I’m not sure any other lender would have taken on the challenge but Austin and his team did and I am VERY THANKFUL for their extraordinary efforts on our behalf. I would recommend The Bates Team in a heartbeat!
