Overall I enjoyed my interactions with my lender. However, there were 2 parts of my experience that could have been better: 1) Our loan did not close on time (I believe due to some delays related to the lender) and 2) I felt that I had to submit more documents and paperwork to get things approved (i.e. more months of statements, special documentation from former lender, etc.). I have worked with other lenders and did not need to provide as much documentation.

All the teams membersare professionals.\n This is 2nd time for me to do home refinance. 1st time I had my home refinance take me 11 months to finish the process. 2nd refinance I have with home owners it take me only 2 months to close. Team members of home owners they know what to do exactly. Working with homeowner members give me peace of mind. I am thankful for all members of homeowners. Basically homeowners team they have very good talent of communication & trained very well. God bless all
