Have been here many times and have always had a great experience. The food is all excellent and the service is spectacular. Portion sizes are great. They serve free bruschetta. Very good veal and pasta dishes. Definitely give this place a try!
Best Italian food in the DFW area that I have had. All the dishes are great. The service is fine BYOB.
So for my birthday this year, I chose to go to Cafe Italia. This was my first time at this restaurant and my first time in this part of Texas. The food was amazing and the portion size was huge. The quality was top notch. Besides the food being amazing, our Server Nick was amazing as well. He was so talented with his magic tricks, that I was seriously dumbfounded. Definitely highly recommended.

We had a rep bring by lunch from here. I tried the lobster ravioli and honestly, I wasn't crazy about it. Didn't taste like lobster for some reason. The calamari was definitely spot on tho; fried to perfection and complemented well with the red sauce.
Delicious pizza, we ordered large pepperoni/sausage thin crust, GF pepperoni pizza and fried calamari. Good food however our dining experience was below average. Severely understaff with only one server on a Saturday night. Our pizzas took almost an hour after ordering. Restaurant wasn't overly busy but probably need more than one server. Our previous experience with carryout in which our pizza was also very late. 4-5 stars for the food but 1 star for service. Thank you
