Great food and service. Cozy atmosphere. One of the best places around to go if you want to enjoy a meal and be able to actually talk without being blasted by loud music or other noise.
This might say it all, but it isn't memorable for me. I had a chicken dish and it was fine, but nothing to write home about.
Very tasty, and very nice folks running this restaurant. They go out of their way to make sure it's an enjoyable experience for you.
This is a family favorite for special occasions. The service is always great and there is something for everyone on the menu.
Relied on Yelp to find a decent and moderate Italian restaurant as we were visiting Grapevine from out of town and meeting friends that live in Plano. Went to Cafe Italia on 26 for the first time last night with a group of old friends. OMG! Everything was wonderful. The menu had so many delicious sounding options, it was hard to make a choice. I had chicken Genovese and it was delicious, the portion was so generous that I'll have it for lunch today! At the end of the meal we had an impromptu magic show provided by one of the staff members! Love Cafe Italia! This is my second time here and we were celebrating a family birthday. We came the first time to celebrate a wedding. The food is delicious and the staff is very attentive. The ambiance is great. Small restaurant so feels very cozy. The bread is fresh and warm. I ate the rigatoni alla vodka and it was SO GOOD! I had enough for leftovers. Nick performed a small magic show for us and it was mind blowing. Our server Albert was very nice and sang Happy Birthday with our party. We will definitely be back!
My husband organized the most amazing evening with Cafe Italia's help! A few days ago, he dropped off our wine & pre-pre-ordered our food, pre-paid & made all the arrangements, without my knowing. The food was great! Nice authentic Italian food and not too greasy or heavy. The mood was very romantic yet busy but surprisingly didn't hinder the vibe. Service was fast and we were given refills and checked on within decent timing.
