We came here on a sunday for dinner and surprisingly it wasn't more crowded. The wait staff was very attentive. I ordered the fettucine alfredo and was shocked at how large the serving was! Super creamy and filling! Honestly, my husband and I probably could have shared that one dish alone. My husband got the tortellini and it was also very good. I wish we could have seen the magic show but will definitely try to come back for that next time!

Had dinner here last night with some friends. Food and service were very good! The veal piccata I had was excellent, the best veal I have had for years. Everyone expressed how good their entrees were. Server was very attentive and answered any questions we had. Will definitely be going again soon!
Have been here many times and have always had a great experience. The food is all excellent and the service is spectacular. Portion sizes are great. They serve free bruschetta. Very good veal and pasta dishes. Definitely give this place a try!
Best Italian food in the DFW area that I have had. All the dishes are great. The service is fine BYOB.
So for my birthday this year, I chose to go to Cafe Italia. This was my first time at this restaurant and my first time in this part of Texas. The food was amazing and the portion size was huge. The quality was top notch. Besides the food being amazing, our Server Nick was amazing as well. He was so talented with his magic tricks, that I was seriously dumbfounded. Definitely highly recommended.
