I got the Tortellini Vodka pasta and it was delicious. Nick was also a great host. I highly recommend trying this place out.
This place is special, and I don't use that word lightly. Wife and I ordered chicken parm and lasagna. The meals came with salad and bread. Everything was high quality, included the service. Please stop reading this and just enjoy a meal at this fantastic place. They make you feel like family and most importantly, the food is exceptional.
Had Mother's Day lunch here & everything was amazing from the service, food & entertainment! Thank you Nick for the mind-blowing magic trick lol. Such a warm welcoming & family atmosphere, we will definitely be back!
First of all the food is always delicious and it's BYOB. Secondly, it was my daughter's birthday and our server was very kind and even the other servers and staff were nice. The food and service were great but the star of the show was the magic tricks performed by our server Nick that left us laughing and confused how he did it. Highly recommended!!
Ordered pizza for delivery, my food arrived ahead if the time promised and hot-this pizza is delicious and my new favorite in Plainfield. I also tried the calamari and was surprised and the size of the order for the price and how great it paired with the dipping sauce.
Went to Cafe Italia last evening and had another great meal.We enjoy this restaurant because of the great food. Most of all the hard-working owner and the entire staff. BYOB is also a plus if you're looking for a great meal and a nice friendly atmosphere this is the place
My family has been going to Cafe Italia for over 20 years! We love the owner,staff and extremely good food! You can always count on hot food and good service. The owner works as hard as his staff. Now that's rare! It's very cozy and we can always get a table for two or four or a table for 12 when we take the family. The Yelp review on Cafe Italia was very high for a retail store-front restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. We met some friends from Dallas for dinner. Since it was a BYOB place, the Tuscany wine was excellent. ;-) Decor was well done in the "small Italian taverna" motif. The good was ok, not great. The pizza was good, I would pass on the chicken parm, the sauce was not authentic enough, lacked taste. Also, their delivery was 30 minutes later than originally promised.
