Called and ordered to-go at location on grapevine highway, highway 26. Double-checked location because there had been mix-ups before. Got there to pick up order and was told they didn't have any order from us. Went to grapevine location on northwest highway in grapevine and they were already closed. We don't care how good their food is and we will not order from either location ever again! Went to Joe's Pizza Pasta Subs and got great food without having to order ahead. Here we go again....... I keep trying to give them my business and this is the final straw. I only received half of my order. When I called to complain the manager talked over me the whole time and stated "we are sending the rest of your order now" and hung up. I now have to wait for the other half of my order while the first half of my order gets cold. I will never order from here again and strongly advise anyone reading this review to do the same.

I recently placed an order for a pizza. I was excited to use my box tops because I finally saved up enough. Found out that they don't take these coupons anymore which is ridiculous because I still had to buy all the pizzas to earn them so in my opinion they should allow people to use them until nobody else has them because they're not even still using those boxes anymore so no one's going to be earning any new ones but they should still validate everybody that still has the old ones because they had to spend money at their r... read more

The service is good. Friendly enough. I do not get the positive feedback about the food. It's is absolutely not good. The salad is gross. How do you make a salad gross? These folks found a way. Chicken piccata was edible but that's about it. Lasagna was something I can't even explain. Maybe manicotti covered in cheese and a ketchup like sauce.

The service and food was good, but the place was absolutely disgusting. I sat down and there are spider webs everywhere crumbs everywhere and flies everywhere. The silver wear was disgusting and had food crust all over them and stains. Not to mention it was hot there was no ac on in 87 degrees. Please wash your place

Slop on a plate. This place is an embarrassment to pizza. Soggy crust that is unflavorful and worse than dogsh!t. Do not spend your money here , go next door to Champions instead for real Chicago style tavern pizza.

Prices on my check where drastically different from the menu. My $9.99 meal was $17.99 on my check. My total check went from $66 to $48. When I asked to speack to the manager about the prices on my check, I showed him the prices on his menus and the price he put on my check. He said he had to raise his prices and hasn't gotten his new menu in yet. Also that he reserves the right to change the prices when he needs to. What a shame. We have been ordering from here for years and the quality has gone down hill. Deep dish was very soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold as well as the beef sandwich. Took over 1.5 hours to be delivered. We will not be ordering from here again.
