I never leave reviews, but I had to warn future customers from going here just from the food poisoning alone. I ordered the lobster ravioli, and it came with a salad. First of all, the salad came with this "homemade" dressing that tasted exactly like watered down ketchup, and if you asked for a different dressing, they tell you it will be an up-charge on an already expensive meal. We were excited to order our favorite ... the Italian beef pizza and breaded mushrooms. The pizza was great but it was cut uneven and there were limited toppings. Only the inner pieces had toppings which was disappointing. The breaded mushrooms were nearly inedible as they were greasy and tasted like a combo of grease and freezer burn. This was very disappointing given that these breaded mushrooms were our favorite in the area. Bad service. Pizza timing is always off. Sometime pizza is Cooked right . Nothing is consistent When the pizza is good it's good. But more that a 60 percent chance it will be late or undercooked

I placed an order from this restaurant--excited about having some chicken parm--through Uber Eats. I made sure to specify that I needed a knife and fork and napkins, as I'm at a hotel. The food came, but unfortunately, no utensils or napkins. How am I supposed to eat? Fortunately, I was able to scrounge some utensils from the hotel, and the chicken parm is decent enough (chicken was tender but the sauce was a bit overwhelming), but not providing utensils when the customer goes out of his way to tell you he needs them... Store was busy, delivery was going to take 60-70 minutes. Fine, ordered anyway. So....at about 100 minutes I call in to see where my order is. Girl on the phone, nasty attitude. "We're busy it's Halloween". I don't care about that. If you're so busy tell me 815 delivery instead of 740. Don't lie about it. So she stays nasty, tells me it should be here any minute and we end the call. Food shows up in about 5 minutes. Spent 50+ for dinner and I tip well, which I have to do before I see what kind of service I'm going to ge... read more

I ordered at 6:03pm and they told me 45 minutes. My husband arrived at 6:35 and waited over an hour in the parking lot before walking out empty handed. Manager made a bunch of excuses for being busy. Never going here again
