I like the food. Especially their take on breadsticks. But I'll have to stop getting delivery pizza from here. This is the second time I've received a delivery where it seems as if it was stowed vertically. In other words all the cheese and toppings slid off the pizza making for a highly unappetizing presentation and a mess to serve and eat. Horrible customer service. Can NOT LISTEN and READ our order and when we call to let them know, we just received a sorry we can not help you. NOW we're stuck with this order. This had happened twice. Will NOT be using their service's in the future !!!!!!!

A year ago we would have given this pizza a 5 Star review, however, they have added so much spice to their sausage we no longer buy Vita Bella pizza. Maybe they should consider giving the customer a choice of spicy or mild sausage on their pizza.

Love the breadsticks. Pizza is ok. I know pizza is supposed to be greasy but this one is way too greasy. The sauce has good flavor.

Do not eat in this disgusting place. We order pasta this past week and what a horrible surprise, we have found a big booger in the pasta sauce. We examined it for about an hour and we came to that conclusion, for texture, shape and the greenish color, writing this comment now makes me feel nauseated.
