This location's employees today were not wearing their masks correctly. All had their noses totally uncovered. When I pointed it out to them, the response I got was "ok." But, nobody did anything about it. These people obviously do not care who they get deathly ill or worse, as long as they are comfortable. And beyond the masks, they did not practice social distancing. NOBODY SHOULD GIVE THEIR BUSINESS TO SUCH A STUPID AND SELFISH BUNCH OF PEOPLE. I wish they would be thrown in jail with others like themselves for end... read more

Delivery guy's car was leaking oil and left a big puddle of oil in my driveway. My video camera surveillance clearing shows a clean driveway prior and an oil spot when he left. I called and asked to speak to a manager. The manager stated that he was going to have the owner call me back which never happened. I called them back again and they said they checked the car and it wasn't leaking oil and there was nothing they could do. No apology, no discount, just an oil stain in my freshly sealed driveway. Just tried to order pizza online. An hour later they call and tell us we're too far and they won't deliver. We were willing to go pick it up but they hadn't even made the food yet, even though the projected time for delivery was supposed to be 25 minutes from the time they called. When we asked for a credit for the inconvenience they only offered a $20 credit on an $80 order and then said they could give us a bigger credit but they'd have to override the system. We order from Vita Bella from time to time, and the food has always been ok, and it's gotten the job done. However, recently we placed a phone order and received the worst attitude from the girl taking the order (Madison was name on the receipt). Long story short, her exchange with me was rude and condescending. There's plenty of other pizza places around so we won't be returning, but not sure if it even matters to them considering how they treat their customers.

Good pizza but DO NOT order online. It will give you a pickup time that is appropriate for the length of time it takes to make a pizza bit when you get there to pick it up, they'll tell you its another 20 minutes!
