This place is a joke I waited over two hours for a simple food order. When I asked for the manager he had a lousy attitude and offered me nothing for my inconvenience. I will never order from here again and they would do well to replace the idiot they have managing this restaurant.

How do post LOWER that 1 star, First time we have ever order from here for deliver after 90 min we called. Oh so sorry we had a printer issue, it will be another 45 min. My reply NO Thank you please cancel my order and refund my money, the manager came on phone please wait the 45 minutes and we give you 50% discount , NO Thank you

Vita bella pizza straight garbage the pizza I had got was freezing cold and it was 1hr late. Dont even get me started on there management there I was on the phone for hours never going back

The pizza is musty.The service is horrible they wouldn't let me use the bathroom I couldn't hold it any longer so I did it then and there and they got mad

So started coming back to Vita Bella after a couple years thinking it would be better. Like clockwork screwing up orders. Can you figure out what the forgot to put on my pizza and made we wait "2 more minutes" (which ended up being 10 minutes)??? Forgot the pepperoni and they decided to just throw a bunch on top. Back to Giordanos
