I was impressed with Trent's attitude from the very beginning. He showed great enthusiasm for the property and approached the process of securing offers in a highly professional manner. His advice on what needed to be done to make the property more marketable was sound, However, what truly stood out was his skill during the negotiation stage. He was able to secure the highest possible price, increasing the top offer by nearly 10%.I would highly recommend Trent and the staff at Vivian's.
