Great customer service. My representatives really goes above and beyond. He walked me through the whole process of getting a new POS system. From obtaining the POS, to the initial set up, programming, and going live. This was a very big deal considering I’ve had a dinosaur cash drawer for the past 23 years. A week later I call VizyPay with some questions and the phone rep was amazing. He found all resolution to my questions, gave me suggestions and even helped me save a bit.
